Both wrecks are War of 1812 era ships, both ships were eventually abandoned in the Deadman Bay, east of Fort Henry
Carrying 58 canons, the Prince Regent was built in Kingston in 1813 - 1814. The Psyche was transported from England in pieces and assembled in Kingston as the war ended.
